Home Maintenance
The simplest way to add value to your home is to have scheduled maintenance. Minor monthly repairs keep more costly repairs at bay. We will change out the various filters, from the air-conditioner to your refrigerator water dispenser, change smoke alarm batteries and review a detailed checklist of home maintenance items, to be sure your home is at its best.
Needed Repairs
Even when things are maintained they may wear out and need to be repaired or replaced. We project manage all aspects of the repair from coordinating the plumber fixing the leaky faucet to coordinating crews to move furniture so that the new flooring can be completed or emptying the garage so that beautiful epoxy coating can be applied. You only need to make one call and we manage it all.
Cleaning & Freshening
In Florida we have much more than Spring and Fall cleaning necessary. We have Pollen season and tropical season in Summer. Then the bulk of our leaves don't drop until the end of Winter. We bring in the crews to Clear, Clean, Pressure Wash, Soft Wash, Paint and Deep Clean no matter what season we are in.
Snowbird Home Prep
We work with snow birds! Not only to watch their home while they are away but to ensure they return to a well maintained home. Hurricanes, tropical storms and general wear and tear still occur while you are gone. By keeping up maintenance and oversight your home is ready for your return.
Hurricane Prep
Hurricane prep starts well before the hurricane arrives. We ensure your home is hurricane ready by having trees trimmed, pantry stocked and a game plan for when a storm is approaching. We ensure your home is ready as can be and checked as soon as possible after the storm clears. Bringing in the companies to conduct repairs if necessary.
